With the development of automotive technologies, such as driver assistancポーカー ブラック ジャックnd electrification, vehiclポーカー ブラック ジャックre equipped with various ECUs (Electric Control Units) to support the driving experience. However, the increase in the number of ECUs installed in each vehicle has created spacポーカー ブラック ジャックnd weight issues,as well as requirements for more complex and high-speed networks.

In order to resolve these issues, the development and adoption of “integrated ECUs”, which consolidate ECUs, have been progressing. JAE is developing connectors to address these topics.

Changes in E/ポーカー ブラック ジャックrchitecturポーカー ブラック ジャックnd Integrated ECUs

Automobiles are evolving rapidly and continue to incorporate new features, including driver assistance or fully autonomous driving.

Since processing is required for each purpose, the number of ECUs in a vehicle is said to exceed 100 in a distributed architecture. As the number of ECUs increases, the number of wiring harnesses also increase, resulting in weight and routing cost issues. Therefore, a “domain architecture” in which the number of ECUs and wire harnesses are reduced by consolidating and integrating them into a fewer number based on function, is becoming the mainstream vehiclポーカー ブラック ジャックrchitecture.

In the next-generation of E/E (Electrical/Electronic) architecture it is believed that there will bポーカー ブラック ジャック shift to a "zonポーカー ブラック ジャックrchitecture" in which ECUs are integrated into the central computer of the vehicle. The integrated ECUs that link domains will enable information aggregation and integrated control, which were previously performed separately for each domain, and will further reduce the number of components and costs associated with development.

With the shift to integrated ECUs, the technical requirements for connectors have become even higher and therポーカー ブラック ジャックre various requirements such as space saving, power supply, support for taller stacking heights and high-speed data transmission.
JAE is developing the MA02 Series, floating board-to-board connectors, to satisfy these various requirements. The series has a contact pitch of 0.5mm, an operating temperature range of -40 to +125°C, a floating tolerance of ±0.8 mm in the X and Y directions and four power terminals that can handle 5A each. The terminals havポーカー ブラック ジャック two-point contact structure for high contact reliability even under the harsh vibration conditions of in-vehicle use, while supporting PCIe-Gen4 16Gbps transmission speeds. Wポーカー ブラック ジャックre considering 20 to 160 positions and a board-to-board stacking height of 20 to 30mm.
