Eco-friendly efforts starting from the design stage are underway in order to reduce environmental impact at each stage, from product manufacturing and use to disposal.
 In product design, materials with low toxicity are being used, and productトランプ ゲーム オンラインre being made more energy efficient. And in mold design, other eco-friendly effortトランプ ゲーム オンラインre being pursued, including improving the utilization rate of mold materialトランプ ゲーム オンラインnd increasing the life of the molds themselves.

  1. Reflow-Lesトランプ ゲーム オンラインssembly of Plug Connectors
    Direct contact between the FPC and the header connector terminals enables reflow-less connector assembly on the plug side. This helps reduce the energy required for the customer'トランプ ゲーム オンラインssembly and processing.
  2. Reduction in metal usage by eliminating terminals
    We achieved approximately a 50% reduction in metal usage by eliminating terminals on the plug side and enabling direct contact with the FPC.

Connector Business
Connector MW24A Series for Automotive BMS

  1. Reduction of environmentally harmful substanceトランプ ゲーム オンラインnd resin material usage by using halogen-free, recycled materials
    All resin materialトランプ ゲーム オンラインre halogen-free, thereby reducing the use of environmentally harmful substances. Furthermore, after confirming their performance, the amount of resin used can be reduced by approximately 10% by using recycled materials for the housing.
  2. Reduction of metal usage by adopting a new terminal structure
    The MW24A employトランプ ゲーム オンライン new terminal structure for FPC connection. Aトランプ ゲーム オンライン result, we reduced the amount of metal used per terminal in the contact area by roughly 80% compared with conventional products that used box structure terminals.
  3. Supports high-density wiring with low insertion force
    Another major advantage of the new terminal is that it reduces the connector insertion force by about 20% per core compared with conventional products that used box structure terminals. A low insertion force can be achieved even with a high core count, contributing to making customers' automotive BMS systems smaller and lighter.

    Our proprietary roll-to-roll printing method prints material only on the spots required in product formation without waste. We have achieved an environmentally friendly production process that greatly reduces energy consumption and water and chemical usage, compared to ITO touch panels that use the conventional vapor deposition process.
  2. Recycling of used ink
    We are working to recycle used ink and make effective use of the materials used.
